Waste recovery under a class-3 factory licence
Monster Tech receives dross and non-ferrous scrap under its factory licence (categories 105, 106 and 60) and the Department of Industrial Works waste manifest system. Waste generators get the permits, the manifests and the reports their auditors ask for.

The permits behind Monster Tech recycling
Monster Tech runs a class-3 factory in Lat Bua Luang, Ayutthaya under a factory operating licence (Ror Ngor 4) from Thailand's Ministry of Industry. The licence covers factory categories 105, 106 and 60: sorting non-hazardous used materials, recycling industrial waste into raw materials, and melting and casting non-ferrous scrap and dross. Under the 2019 Factory Act it has no expiry date, and we keep it ready for inspection together with our waste permits.
