Every job we place is planned and followed in our own production tracking system: every process step, at every sub-contract maker, against your purchase order. You do not chase suppliers. We do, with the data in front of us.
A process route for every part
Material receipt, each machining operation, treatment, your pre-approval sample and finishing are set up as steps, each with its own plan.
OK, NG and remaining, step by step
Each maker's output is recorded per step against your order, so a quality problem shows where it starts, not at final inspection.
Plan versus actual on one timeline
A Gantt view shows every step against its plan. Late steps are flagged while there is still time to act.
Numbers that do not add up get caught
The system flags records that cannot be right, such as a step reporting more pieces than the step before it.

We do not publish customer names or show parts that identify their owner. Drawings and processes are the customer's property, not work for us to advertise. Our team has worked for automotive and electronics parts makers in Thailand and abroad, and every project is protected the same way.

Die casting is delivered through our manufacturing partners under POSTEC engineering and quality control. You send the drawing and deal with one contact who answers for the result.
Alloy to your drawing
Tell us the alloy your drawing specifies. We confirm it with the casting partner before we quote.
Part size and volume
Part size, weight and yearly volume decide the process and the partner. Each job is quoted per drawing, not from a price list.
Tolerances
We quote against the tolerances on your drawing and point out which features need machining after casting to hold them.

A casting is only as good as its mould. Mould making runs with our tooling partners, and samples are checked against your drawing before production is released.
