Recovery

Licensed metal recovery

We collect dross and non-ferrous metal scrap from your factory under a class-3 factory licence and process it at our own smelting plant, with the paperwork your compliance file needs.

Operated by Monster Tech Co., Ltd., a POSTEC Group company.

Licensed

Monster Tech runs a class-3 factory at Lat Bua Luang, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, under a factory operating licence (Ror Ngor 4) from Thailand's Ministry of Industry.

Category 105

Sorting of non-hazardous used materials.

Category 106

Recycling industrial waste into raw materials or new products.

Category 60

Melting and casting of non-ferrous metal.

Under the 2019 Factory Act the licence has no expiry date. Waste moves under Department of Industrial Works (DIW) permits and manifests, and a copy of the licence is available for your own compliance records.

Compliant

Full-cycle recovery for non-ferrous metal waste

The service is for factories that generate dross and non-ferrous scrap. One arrangement covers the permit, the contract, transport from your site, processing at our plant and the documents that come back to you.

  • Collection and transport from your site
  • Sorting and smelting at our own licensed plant
  • DIW permits, manifests and reports for your records

Benefits

Why partner with Monster Tech

Compliance, recovery and a plant you can inspect, from one licensed partner.

Compliance you can show an auditor

Responsibility for industrial waste stays with the factory that generates it. We hold the factory licence, move each load under DIW permits and send the manifests back, so your file shows a licensed destination for every load.

Recoverable metal is counted

Dross and scrap still hold metal. We quote on the type, metal content and volume of your material. The value of the recoverable metal follows the market price.

A plant that is open to audit

Customers who send us waste audit the plant once or twice a year. Your team can see receiving, sorting and smelting for itself.

Direct

Your waste goes to our own plant

Collected dross and scrap go to the Monster Tech plant at Lat Bua Luang, where they are sorted and smelted and the recovered metal is returned to the materials cycle. You deal with the company that holds the licence and runs the furnaces, not with a broker passing the load on.

Process

From your site to recovered metal

Every load follows the same documented path, from the permit that lets it leave your factory to the reports that close the file.

  1. 1

    Waste permit

Nothing moves until the waste is covered by a Department of Industrial Works (DIW) permit.

  2. 2

    Service contract

A liability and service contract with your plant, as the waste generator, sets out the material, the terms and who is responsible at each stage.

  3. 3

    Collection and transport

We collect the material from your site and transport it to the plant at Lat Bua Luang with its manifest.

  4. 4

    Receiving and inspection

On arrival the load is checked against its paperwork and inspected before it is accepted.

  5. 5

    Sorting

Material is sorted by type before any of it goes to a furnace.

  6. 6

    Smelting and recovery

Dross and scrap are smelted in our own furnaces and the metal is recovered.

  7. 7

    Residue disposal

Residue that cannot be recovered is sent on for licensed disposal.

  8. 8

    Manifests and reports

Manifests and reports come back to you, so your records show where each load went.

Numbers that matter when you choose a recycling partner

Monster Tech holds the licence, runs the furnaces and handles the paperwork. These figures come from the company registration and the factory licence, and they are what your compliance team will ask for.

Impact

Waste becomes raw material again

Dross and scrap that are smelted are not landfilled. The metal we recover goes back into the materials cycle, and only the residue that cannot be recovered goes to licensed disposal.

Less landfill

Recoverable metal is taken out of your waste stream before anything is disposed of.

Circular economy

The manifests and reports we return give your sustainability reporting a documented recovery route.

Materials

What we accept

Dross and non-ferrous metal scrap, collected under licence.

Aluminium dross and skimmings

Dross skimmed from melting and holding furnaces. To recover more metal at your own furnace before the residue is collected, see the DX-MC dross extractor.

Non-ferrous scrap metal

Aluminium and other non-ferrous scrap. Tell us the metal and the form it comes in and we confirm it against our permit before quoting.

Production metal waste

Non-ferrous turnings, offcuts and rejected parts from machining and casting lines.

Not in scope: used oil, used coolant and other spent chemicals. Our licence covers metal scrap and dross only.

Connected

One group covers the full materials cycle

Monster Tech runs the recovery plant. POSTEC Corporation supplies the lubricants and coolants, the dross extractor and the furnace construction and repair that keep a foundry running. Together the group covers the line from process chemicals to recovered metal.

  • Lubricants and coolants from POSTEC Corporation

  • The DX-MC dross extractor recovers metal at your furnace before the residue is collected

  • Monster Tech collects the remaining dross and scrap under licence

FAQs

What compliance officers and plant managers ask us before the first collection.

What licence do you hold?

Monster Tech holds a factory operating licence (Ror Ngor 4) from Thailand's Ministry of Industry for a class-3 factory. It covers factory categories 105 (sorting of non-hazardous used materials), 106 (recycling industrial waste into raw materials or new products) and 60 (melting and casting of non-ferrous metal). Under the 2019 Factory Act the licence has no expiry date.

How are the terms set?

Terms depend on the material: its type, metal content and volume, and where it is collected. The value of the recoverable metal follows the market price. Tell us what your plant generates and we quote once we have assessed it.

How is collection scheduled?

Collection is arranged around your volume and location once the DIW permit and the service contract are in place. Contact us with your expected monthly volume to set a schedule.

What documentation do you provide?

Each load moves under a DIW permit with a manifest, and manifests and reports come back to you after processing. A copy of our factory licence is available for your supplier file.

Where is the waste processed?

At our own plant at Lat Bua Luang, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. Material is sorted and smelted there, and only the residue that cannot be recovered is sent on for licensed disposal.

Can we audit the plant?

Yes. Customers who send us waste audit the plant once or twice a year.
